1. About the Service

nexRealty is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed to assist businesses in managing leads, contacts, follow-ups, reporting and sales workflows. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Authorized Access

nexRealty CRM is intended for authorized users of customer organizations with an active subscription. Access credentials must be provided or approved by the organization or Nexbitz Infotech LLP. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
• All payments are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, code, content and documentation remain the exclusive property of Nexbitz Infotech LLP. Users receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.

8. User Data Ownership

Customer organizations retain ownership of all information, records, documents, leads, contacts, and other data uploaded to nexRealty CRM.

Nexbitz Infotech LLP processes such information solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service. Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions to collect, store, and process third-party information.

9. Backup and Data Recovery

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain backups and recovery mechanisms, customers are encouraged to retain copies of important business records. Recovery of deleted or lost data cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, nexRealty may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure issues or circumstances beyond our control. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, security concerns, or non-payment of subscription fees.

Upon termination, access to the Service may be revoked immediately. Data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements before permanent deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
